Bub Burger's r0x0rs my b0x0rs
I just want to make sure you're all aware of some of the other, at least marginally significant things going on in the world. For example:
In less serious news, I enjoyed a delicious burger at Bub's in Carmel on Sunday afternoon. Located at 126th St. just off the Monon Greenway, it's a fantastic place for a burger despite is yuppy surroundings. They feature giant burgers (including the one pound "Big Ugly" which will earn you a picture on the wall if you can finish it), giant hot dogs and other assorted goodness. I went for a half-pound "Not So Ugly" burger with cheddar cheese and bacon. At first, I was alarmed when they delivered my burger because it did not appear to have bacon on it. Upon further inspection, however, I discovered that they'd placed crumbled bacon on top of the burger and melted the cheese on top of it. Brilliant! It kept me from pulling a piece of bacon off my burger every time I took a bite. They ought to patent that technique.
I'm told they have delicious milk shakes as well, but my stomach was too full to attempt it.
